Who is responsible
ARTIUS Inc., incorporated in Canada and represented by its Managing Principal, Alexandra Green. Contact info@artiusinc.com; our postal address is available on request.
What this site collects
No forms, cookies, analytics or tracking. Fonts and files are served from our own host. Our host, Netlify, Inc. (US), logs basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
When you email us
We use your name, address and message only to reply and, if you engage ARTIUS, to manage that relationship (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Your information is never sold or used for marketing.
Storage and transfers
Our email and hosting providers may process data in Canada, the US or the EU. Canada holds an EU adequacy decision; other transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You may access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to its use, request a portable copy or withdraw consent. Email info@artiusinc.com; we reply within one month. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, the UK ICO or your EU data protection authority.
