For more than twenty years, Alexandra has advised C‑suite executives and Boards through turnarounds, separations, transformations and venture launches, across Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada. A dual citizen, she works across North America and Europe, in English and German.
Her work starts where a strategy meets resistance: translating complexity into decisions a Board can oversee, aligning stakeholders with different interests, and leading the teams on the ground until the outcome is secured. She brings both the Board and the executive perspective, from start-ups to global organisations.
